Everything about our stay and the property was perfect! The house was a everything the listing showed and more. The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool provided a great mix of sun and shade for the hot Florida sun! Located on the north side of AMI, It was an easy walk to the white sandy beaches of Bean Point. Also a short walk to the Bay side to watch the morning sunrise! Our family would highly recommend this property!

Property had everything we needed. Just recently received some updates and everything was nice and clean. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Especially loved the outdoor spaces - pool was fantastic for those of us needed a little shade as well as plenty of sun for everyone else. Bay beach access was a short walk from the back gate and ocean beach access not too far.

We discovered AMI last year and decided to book again this year. This house is just as described! Location is top notch and has most everything you need for an entire week!
It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas etc as these are a must with hitting up Bean Point!

We enjoyed our stay at AMI during the week between Christmas and New Year. The house was exactly what we were expecting, plenty of space and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen weve ever experienced! Location was quiet yet a short walk to Pine St.
