When will we receive our Check In information?
You will receive an email from the Beach Life Team the week of your arrival with your access code and other important information specific to your vacation rental property.

Is there Beach Equipment included?
Yes, there are beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, cooler, and most have either a buggy or wagon for your use.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before check-in guest will receive 100% refund. For cancellations 59 days or less before check in all fees collected will NOT be returned upon cancellation unless the rental unit is re-rented for the entire period. If the unit is re-rented all fees collected will be refunded minus $150 service fee. No credit is given in case of early departure, no-shows, inclement weather, acts of God and or mother nature. No subletting or assignment by the guest. We also offer travel insurance to protect your trip.
