What is your cancellation policy?
No credit is given in case of early departure, no-shows or inclement weather. No subletting or assignment by the guest. All fees collected will NOT be returned upon cancellation unless the rental unit is re-rented for the entire period. If the unit is rented all fees collected will be refunded minus $150 service charge. ONLY in the event of a ban on travel or vacation rentals due to COVID-19 – guests will be eligible for a refund or the option to change their dates.
Have you implemented addtional cleaning practices since the coronavirus?
For the safety and well-being of our community, residents and travelers alike; we have enhanced our cleaning practices, to provide a sterile germ free environment for all.
When will we receive Check In information?
You will receive an email from us the week of your arrival with your access code and other important information pretaining to your vacation rental property.
Does Anna Maria Island have any businesses that offer grocery delivery services?
The Loaded Kitchen offers grocery delivery on Anna Maria Island, as well as the island Publix Super Market. Publix requires the Insta-Cart App and you can find their information in our Concierge Section.
Is there Beach Equipment included?
Yes, most rental properties have a beach buggy or wagon, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels.
Where can I have some business documents printed?
Island Mail & Print is a full service business center with on-the-go business solutions. They have laser printers, a scanner, fax machine, both Apple and PC workstations and more. Check our Concierge Section for more information.
